The clinic will focus on:

• paddle technique
• body positions on the board to different weather condition
• paddles strokes
• beach start for racing
• turns
• draft training
• safety

This clinic is not a beginners course, but for paddlers who controls and masters the basics of SUP and who wants to improve their skill level towards an intermediate or advanced level. You don’t need to be interested in SUP racing, but there will be sessions with elements related to SUP racing.

You must bring your own SUP equipment; paddle, leash, lifejacket, wetsuit, boots and gloves if needed, warm clothes and SUP board (all boards suited, but preferably hardboard).

The clinic takes place on the beach so remember to dress accordingly to the weather and season. Bring your own water and lunch as well.

The week before the clinic your instructor will send you an e-mail with some more specific information.

The clinic will be taught in English.
